The training ship ARA Libertad honored us with its visit to Norway, the farthest point from Argentina on its international journey. Upon arriving in the city of Kristiansand, it was awarded the prize for "Most Elegant Arrival," standing out for its majestic presence.

With discipline, skill, and elegance, our iconic vessel showcased Argentine culture and strengthened the bonds of friendship between our nations. Its presence was a unique opportunity to build closer ties with local authorities, businesses, and the community in Kristiansand.

Nearly 25,000 people visited the ship in Norway, showing great interest in learning more about the representative of our Navy.

We extend our sincere thanks to The Tall Ships Races Kristiansand, the Municipality of Kristiansand, and the Port of Kristiansand for the outstanding organization of the event and the warm welcome extended to our crew.

With this stop, the ARA Libertad has successfully completed its mission in Norway and now continues its journey with favorable winds.
