The Argentine Embassy in Norway hosted a professional tasting at the Argentine Residence, where representatives from the hotel, gastronomy, and catering sectors—along with specialized journalists and influencers—had the opportunity to discover and taste 80 labels from Argentine wineries currently present in the Norwegian market.
The event was carried out in cooperation with Norwegian importers, with the aim of strengthening the presence of Argentine wine in Norway, promoting new commercial opportunities, and showcasing one of the most emblematic cultural expressions of our country.
This type of initiative is particularly important in Norway, where the retail market for alcoholic beverages is monopolized and advertising is prohibited. In this context, professional tastings and presentations aimed at industry stakeholders become essential tools for introducing the diversity and quality of Argentine wine, and for supporting the work of the importers who represent it in the country.
We extend our gratitude to all importing companies for joining us in promoting the Argentine wine sector and for helping bring our wines closer to Norwegian consumers:
• Vinetum (Luigi Bosca, Clos de los Siete, Kaiken) • Palmer Group (Domaine Bousquet) • Fondberg (Bodega Chacra) • Ferment (Catena Zapata) • Dogo Wines (Uko Wines, Cruzat, Rutini, Susana Balbo, Malma, Selada, Escorihuela Gascón, El Bayeh) • Excellars AS (Familia Zuccardi, Santa Julia) • VCT Norway AS (Trivento) • Stenberg & Blom (Colomé, La Celia) • Vin fra Sør (Bodega López, Mosquita Muerta, Millán S.A., Comahue Estate) • Great Grape Norge AS (Atamisque, Otronia) • Oslo Brewing Company AS (Bodega Niven)
The Embassy will continue promoting initiatives that strengthen the presence of Argentine products in Norway and contribute to showcasing the cultural and gastronomic richness of our country.
