On Thursday, April 16th, for the tenth time we celebrate Malbec World Day in Oslo. For this occasion, the Executive Chef of Nedre Foss Gård, Erlend Sætherø has designed a sensational 5-course menu prepared with the best spring ingredients, which will be combined with 7 of the most extraordinary wines of Argentina.

During the evening the renowned sommelier Phil Crozier will be in charge of taking us on a trip through the different regions, terroir, microclimates and grapes of Argentina. Phil is Ambassador of Wines of Argentina (WofA) and is an expert on Argentine wines.

The celebration of World Malbec Day is an event organized by the Argentine Embassy in Norway, Wines of Argentina and Apéritif magazine.
