You are hereby invited to participate in the selection procedure for contracting the work necessary for the conversion of the central heating and hot water system, including the adaptation of the electrical installation, for the Official Residence of the Argentine Embassy to the Kingdom of Norway

To this end, the Specific Bidding Terms and Conditions that govern the said contracting procedure can be found here.

The offer must be delivered at the Embassy of the Republic of Argentina to the Kingdom of Norway, located in Drammensveien 39, 0271 Oslo, in a sealed envelope, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 15:00, with deadline until 12:00 of 19th September, 2019.

Likewise, the offer may be sent by post to the Embassy of the Argentine Republic to the Kingdom of Norway to the address PO Box 4085 AMB 0244 Oslo making sure that it is delivered before the stipulated deadline.

The offers received will be open at 13:00 of 19th September, 2019, in our offices located in Drammensveien 39.

Additionally it is informed that a mandatory visit to the facilities of the Residence located in Bygdøy Allé 77, 0268 Oslo must be made, according to what is indicated in Point 6 of the Bidding Terms and Conditions, until 12:00 of 5th September, 2019.
