Ambassador Claudio A. Giacomino presented his Letters of Credence to the President of Iceland, Halla Tómasdóttir, accrediting him as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Argentine Republic to Iceland.

During the meeting, President Tómasdóttir highlighted recent progress in the bilateral relationship and fondly recalled her visit to Buenos Aires.

This important step strengthens the ties between Argentina and Iceland, promoting dialogue and cooperation between both countries.
