4. Working Holiday Visa

The “Working Holiday” visa allows young Norwegian citizens between 18 and 30 years old to stay in Argentina for one year, giving them the opportunity to work to support themselves while combining it with extended holidays in the host country.

The “Working Holiday” Agreement between Argentina and Norway is an excellent opportunity for young people from both countries to exchange experiences, learn more about Argentine and Norwegian culture, become familiar with the labor environment, and explore the tourist attractions of each country.

ANNUAL QUOTA: 300

Norwegian citizens who wish to enter the Argentine Republic under the Agreement between Argentina and Norway on a Working Holiday Program must obtain the corresponding visa. Upon obtaining a Working Holiday visa, participants in this program may remain in Argentina for up to twelve (12) months, non-renewable. They may work for no longer than six (6) months with the same employer. They may also take training or educational courses for up to three (3) months during their stay.
