The 5th and 6th April the Mayor of the City of Buenos Aires, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, visited Oslo in order to have meetings with authorities from the City Government, the City Council and the University of Oslo. The Secretary General and the Director for International Relations and Cooperation of the City, Fernando Straface y Francisco Mugaburu joined the delegation as well as the members of the Buenos Aires Council Roy Cortina, Natalia Fidel, Maximiliano Ferraro y Victoria Roldán.

The delegation had a meeting with the Head of the City Council of Oslo, Marianne Borgen and with the Vice-Mayors of Finance and Environment and Transport, Robert Steen and Lan Marie Nguyen Berg.

The Head of Government of the City of Buenos Aires and the President of the University of Oslo signed the "Study BA" agreement during a visit to the University in order to promote student exchange.
